Visualising roof issues from the ground is often either impossible or severely restricted.

The use of roof level photography with the aid of a camera mount on an extendable / telescopic 10-20 metre long pole can significantly impact the results of an inspection. Where issues are found within the property where roof leaks or other roof issues are suspected, not having access to the entire roof can result in speculation.

Roof level photography allows the expert to view the roof from ground level and accurately capture any problems that might be found, thus enabling a more accurate diagnosis of any internal issues caused by the roof and/or view problems such as those detailed above.

Blocked gutters, damaged flashing, missing or damaged roof tiles, pooling water on flat roofs, damage to chimneys and so on can all be seen with this equipment, whereas much would be missed without it.
